As our doors will be locked, we will register your information by phone and inform you of our intake procedures. We will call you when the doctor is ready to see your pet. To reduce the number of people in the building, pets will be transferred to a member of our team at the front door. The veterinarian will take your pet’s history over the phone, perform the examination, and then call you again to formulate a plan. You can be assured your pet will still receive the highest level of care and attention.
Please be sure you bring any of your pet’s relevant medical history, as well as vehicle cell phone chargers with you. Unfortunately, these enhanced safety measures will result in increased wait times for non-critical patients, and make the communication process between you and our team somewhat more challenging.
